There is a Whist Drive planned for Saturday 6th April, to commence at 7pm in the club house. Please be at the Club before 7pm if you would like to take part; the doors open at 6:30pm.
Even if you have never played whist before you are welcome to come along - you'll soon pick it up. Tuition will be provided.
The bar will be open.

Entry sheet is on notice board in clubhouse. If you have not already entered please do so as soon as possible as it is necessary to have accurate numbers.
The official opening will be followed by a spider competition.
There will be bacon / sausage rolls and refreshments available.
The teams will be selected and the match commencing from approximately midday, finishing by 4-4.30pm

Ten teams are entered. They will compete in a league format over the three evenings.

In Consett Park Bowling Club Clubhouse. The presentation of trophies for all NWD winners and runners up are done at this meeting.
On Saturday 16TH November we will hold our CPBC Autumn General Meeting in the clubhouse from 3pm, this will be followed by the presentation of trophies to the winners and runner’s up of all bowling competitions in the 2024 season. It is anticipated this will conclude at about 5pm.
There will be a buffet after the meeting and an evening of entertainment.

For those attending, menus are as shown on the notice board in the clubhouse. Full payments would be appreciated prior to the date. Pamela can be contacted in respect of menus and is collecting payments. Entertainment on the night has been subsidised by the Ladies Section.
