Walker Cup Winners
In 2013 Durham County won the Walker Cup, the Women's National Inter-County Two Fours Competition.
The County side consisted of two rinks of four players, playing 21 ends, two bowls each player.
Three of the players were from Consett Park Bowling Club - Gill Jones, Ann Barnard and Teresa Pearson.
Durham beat Oxfordshire in the final.
